Cilia Sawadogo is a Canadian-Burkinabé-German filmmaker, illustrator, and educator. She has made animated works for the National Film Board of Canada (NFB) and the American educational program Sesame Street. Sawadogo is also an Associate Professor in Film Animation, Cinema at Concordia University.
