After promising a special appearance by Smokey Robinson, the iconic Motown singer, at the local Christmas Pageant, Amber and he ex-boyfriend Eddie must go to great lengths to save the Christmas spirit. As they race to get in contact with the music legend, old feelings begin to resurface race causing them to realize that no door is closed forever.
