Randall Thorne, better known as R.T. Thorne, is a director, writer, and producer. Starting his career with music videos, and displaying a keen eye for visual storytelling, he has directed several short films and numerous television series including the award-winning The Porter. His short film The Time Traveler won Best Short Film at the 2015 Canadian Film Festival. Thorne’s debut feature film 40 Acres, which stars Danielle Deadwyler, will premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival.
